About Me

Thanks for stopping by!

I am a Microsoft Certified Expert with capability across a large variety of verticals, organization sizes, and business strategies.

I always strive to bring Deep knowledge and field-tested experience throughout the many technology stacks and deployments I’ve participated in, while also balancing organizational strategic needs and providing cutting-edge architectures to drive digital transformation. There’s no job too big or small, or that I won’t roll my sleeves up and help out with.

I tirelessly strive to be humble, hungry, and smart with every solution I produce and every interaction I have, and to drive the notion that as an organization we all have something to bring to the table, but are strongest when we work together and chase a common vision.

Whether it’s fixing a jammed printer, or designing a large international network infrastructure, I believe in leading by example and not asking my engineers to do anything I have not, or would not do myself. Whether it’s a server cluster going offline at 3am halfway around the world, or an engineer on my team stopping in to ask for advice on a basic networking objective, we must always take the time to help, and work not only until the job is done, but until the outcome is inspired.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work as a key player in company leadership and directional planning while focusing on building both technical teams and business acceleration to exceed business goals. During my journey, I’ve been afforded the humbling opportunity to work with some of the best and brightest folks I’ve ever met and to learn some truly amazing things.

I believe deeply in the power of technology and its ability to transform not only business and profits, but people’s lives. I am currently fascinated by machine learning and AI and am focusing on expanding my knowledge into application development practices and tools (ie; Python, TensorFlow, Pytorch, etc…) to meld my deep infrastructure knowledge with the field of application development to make the world a better place for everyone.

I’m inspired everyday to be better than I was yesterday, and to help folks achieve the greatness they have inside of them, while learning more about technology and having a small part in building the future.

My entire existence, self-education, and future planning can be summed up by the amazing quote that I try to live by each and every day:

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do

than by the ones you did. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe

harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream.”
